By visiting mamsgold.ae you agree to use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes and in accordance with these terms and applicable UAE law.
Pieces and pricing
All pieces and prices are subject to availability and may change without notice. Gold weights, stone weights, and reference numbers are accurate to the best of our knowledge; the binding details are those stated on your final invoice.
Orders and concierge
No purchase is concluded through the website itself. An order is confirmed only when our concierge issues a written confirmation and payment is received.
Payment
We accept bank transfer, card, and cash in AED. Pricing is inclusive of UAE VAT where applicable. International transactions may incur currency-conversion fees from the issuing bank.
Returns
Stock pieces may be returned within fourteen days of receipt as described in our Shipping & Returns policy. Bespoke, engraved, and resized pieces are final sale.
Intellectual property
The MAMS name, mark, designs, photography, and site content are the property of MAMS Gold and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written consent.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MAMS Gold is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
