Terms & conditions

The understanding between you and the house: how an order is confirmed, how a commission is made, and what we undertake to do for the life of the piece.

Last updated January 2026

Orders

An order is confirmed once a client advisor has acknowledged it in writing. Prices are quoted in AED and may be adjusted for pieces not yet confirmed, as gold is priced by weight and market rate.

The price shown includes the gold, the making, hallmarking and insured delivery. Nothing is added at checkout.

Made to order

Made-to-order and bespoke pieces are produced to your specification. Timelines are estimates given in good faith; your advisor will notify you of any change.

Because these pieces are made for one client, they are not eligible for return once work has begun.

Hallmarking and authenticity

Each piece is hallmarked and accompanied by a signed authenticity card. Alterations by a third party void the authenticity of the piece and any service undertaking.

Aftercare undertaking

Cleaning and re-polishing at the atelier is complimentary for the lifetime of the original owner, on presentation of the authenticity card.

Wear consistent with daily use is expected of gold and is not a fault.

Intellectual property

The MAMS name, wordmark, star device, designs and photography are the property of the house and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Dubai.

Anything here you would like explained in person? A client advisor will answer plainly.
