What gold purities does MAMS work in?

We work in 18K, 21K, 22K and 24K. Purity is chosen for the piece: 18K for set stones and daily wear, 21K and 22K for weighted chains and bangles, 24K for ceremonial pieces.

How do I find my ring size?

Our sizes follow European measurements (48–56). If you are between sizes we advise the larger. A client advisor can post a complimentary sizing ring anywhere in the world.

How long does a made-to-order piece take?

Ready pieces dispatch within two working days. Made-to-order pieces take three to five weeks, and full commissions eight to twelve weeks.

Is delivery insured?

Yes. Every order is shipped fully insured with signature on delivery, worldwide, at no cost to you.

Can I return a piece?

Unworn pieces in their original box may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Engraved and bespoke commissions are final.

Do you offer aftercare?

Accepted Answer

Lifetime cleaning and re-polishing at the atelier, complimentary for the original owner. Resizing and restringing are quoted individually.

All gold is refined from certified responsible sources, and stones are supplied with documentation of origin.
