How do I order a piece?
Every MAMS piece is reserved through our private concierge. Send an inquiry through the piece page or WhatsApp the concierge directly, and we will confirm availability, prepare the piece, and arrange viewing or delivery.
Are pieces in stock?
Most signature pieces are kept in our Dubai atelier. Bespoke commissions and high-jewellery pieces are made to order, typically within four to eight weeks.
Can I visit the atelier?
Yes — by private appointment only. Book through our Private Appointment page and we will reserve a dedicated viewing in the Dubai Gold Souk.
What gold is used?
All MAMS jewellery is 22-carat or 18-carat gold, hallmarked and weighed in front of you. Stone settings use natural diamonds and certified coloured stones.
Do you offer ring sizing?
Yes. Initial sizing is complimentary, and one resize within twelve months of purchase is offered with no fee.
How should I care for my piece?
Wipe with a soft, dry cloth after wear. Store each piece separately in the velvet pouch provided. Avoid perfume, chlorine, and harsh cleaners. We offer complimentary polishing for the life of the piece.
Do prices include VAT?
All prices are quoted in AED and include applicable UAE VAT. International buyers may be eligible for tourist VAT refund at departure.
