Discretion is part of the service. This page sets out, in plain language, exactly what the house knows about you and what it does with it.

What we collect
We collect only what is needed to serve you: your name, contact details, delivery address, order history and any preferences you share with your advisor.
When you browse the site we record anonymous usage figures — pages viewed, device type — so we can keep the site fast. These figures are not tied to your name.
How we use it
Your information is used to fulfil orders, arrange appointments, provide aftercare and, if you have asked to join the private list, to send occasional notes from the house.
We never use your details to profile you for advertising, and we do not run behavioural advertising trackers on this site.
What we never do
We do not sell, rent or trade client information. We do not share your details with third parties beyond the carriers and payment providers required to complete your order.
Each of those partners is bound to use your information only to carry out the service we have asked of them.
Retention
Order and hallmark records are kept for as long as the piece may require service, so that a piece can always be identified and cared for by the atelier.
Marketing consent can be withdrawn at any time by writing to clients@mams.jewelry, and it is acted on the same working day.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it where we are not required to retain it.
Write to clients@mams.jewelry and a client advisor will respond within five working days.
Anything here you would like explained in person? A client advisor will answer plainly.
