Insured courier delivery anywhere in the UAE is complimentary on every order. Hand-delivery by our concierge within Dubai can be arranged on request.
International shipping
We ship worldwide via fully insured private courier. Transit is typically three to seven business days. Duties and import taxes, where applicable, are paid by the recipient at destination.
Lead time
In-stock pieces are dispatched within two business days of confirmed payment. Made-to-order and bespoke pieces are crafted within four to eight weeks; your concierge will confirm the exact timeline before order is placed.
Returns and exchanges
Stock pieces may be returned for full refund within fourteen days of receipt, provided they are unworn and presented in original packaging with all documentation. Bespoke and engraved pieces are final sale.
Resizing and aftercare
One complimentary ring resize is offered within twelve months of purchase. Lifetime polishing and stone-tightening are included for every MAMS piece.
Authenticity & certification
Every piece ships with a numbered MAMS certificate of authenticity, an itemised invoice, and — for diamonds above 0.30ct — an independent gemological report.
